Zocdoc is an online platform that allows users to search for and book medical appointments with healthcare providers
What I did
As the Senior Manager of Product Design for the Patient Marketplace and Engagement teams, I led efforts to optimize our core search and booking experiences, as well as formulating our post-booking engagement and retention strategies.
What my work included
Improved intake completion rates by 5.0%–8.9% and same-session rebooking rates by 5.8%–7.8% through targeted design optimizations.
Defined the overarching design strategy for Zocdoc’s post-booking experience and app-wide redesign.
Facilitated cross-functional workshops with product management, design, user research, and analytics to align on vision and execution.
Delivered end-to-end designs for critical new features and product quality enhancements, driving user satisfaction.
Managed a team of four designers, leading the execution of multiple vision-driven workstreams (Growth, SEO, Search, Insurance, Booking, Engagement)

While not a real project, our team was tasked to present ideas for future revenue generating products. With my Fintech background I presented a concept for a health care credit card that would help patients pay for their medical expenses, while rewarding them for managing their health.
